At Tes, we’re on a mission to support schools and teachers worldwide through innovative technology. As we continue expanding internationally, we’re looking for an International Business Development Executive to take ownership of the full sales cycle across global markets. This is a true end-to-end, 360 sales role, from building pipeline through to closing deals and growing accounts.
The role
You’ll own your own territory and be responsible for driving revenue across international markets. That means generating new opportunities, engaging decision-makers, leading sales conversations, and closing deals, all while building long-term relationships with customers. You’ll be hands-on at every stage of the sales cycle. From outbound prospecting and discovery through to demo, negotiation, and close, this is a role for someone who wants to take real ownership and build a career in international SaaS sales.
What you’ll be doing
- Driving outbound activity to build your own pipeline across international markets
- Identifying and engaging key decision-makers within schools and education organisations
- Leading discovery conversations and running product demos that clearly articulate value
- Managing the full sales cycle end-to-end, from first touch through to close
- Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility via CRM
- Building and growing relationships with customers to unlock longer-term revenue opportunities
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a sales or business development role, ideally with exposure to closing
- A proactive, self-starting approach you’re comfortable owning a number and delivering against it
- Confidence managing conversations with stakeholders and guiding deals forward
- Strong commercial instinct and a desire to learn how to close effectively
- Resilience, pace and energy; you enjoy working in a target-driven environment
- An interest in international markets and working with diverse customers
