📍 London (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days WFH)

At Tes, we’re transforming the way we work and that includes how we sell. We’re now looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to elevate, modernise, and scale how our sales teams operate.
This is a brand-new, high-impact role. A unique chance to define the strategy, lead the execution, and embed a data-driven, tech-enabled enablement function across our global sales organisation.
What you’ll own:
✅ Building and delivering enablement programs at scale
✅ Transforming onboarding, sales playbooks, and performance coaching
✅ Defining the enablement tech stack in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Data and Ops
✅ Setting the cadence and discipline for how we drive SaaS sales effectiveness
✅ Leading a talented UK + AUS team in a business ready to invest in doing this right
We’re looking for someone who has:
🌟 Proven SaaS sales enablement leadership experience
🌟 A track record of driving measurable performance improvement
🌟 Experience managing global or distributed sales enablement
🌟 A data-driven mindset with a bias for action and quick wins
🌟 The ability to influence and partner across Sales, Product, Marketing and Tech
