Role overview
Tes Institute is Tes's accredited teacher training and development organisation, focused on initial teacher training and qualifications, and ongoing professional development for teachers. You will own B2B and B2B2C business development to build our presence for your assigned region and drive revenue across our Initial Teacher Training and CPD products. The primary objective is to partner with schools, MATs and support them through the sales cycle. You will identify decisionāmakers, understand their needs, and build relationships to secure new sales and increase revenue. You will manage the sales pipeline, demonstrate Institute services and products using a valueābased approach, and achieve ambitious revenue targets. This is a targetādriven role requiring adaptability, strong influencing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fastāpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build genuine relationships with schools and MATs, understanding what they need to support and grow their teachers.
- Have open, honest conversations with school leaders to help match them to the right training and development options.
- Grow your patch by staying in touch with schools, spotting opportunities, and keeping conversations moving forward.
- Keep your CRM notes up to date so we always know where each school is on their journey.

- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams so schools have a smooth, positive experience from first chat to programme start.
