Role overview
We are in a period of rapid change. It is fastâmoving, sometimes chaotic, and we are currently rebuilding our design culture from the ground up. We arenât looking for someone who wants to be a cog in a machine. We need a highâpotential practitioner - someone who has the foundational skills but is hungry to learn how to apply them to complex, realâworld SaaS problems. You will be working on modernising legacy platforms and supporting new product releases, working in a Global Team of 15 seasoned Designers and Researchers.
Speaking of that Global UX Team, we love in person workshops, have regular creative design sessions in our offices, and like to keep things as fun as possible. We do everything with a smile; if you donât have fun creating it, users wonât have fun using it! We back each other up and work as one big team no matter how separate our work can feel.
The Mission
Your goal is to bridge the gap between business goals and user needs. You will be handsâon across the entire design lifecycle - from the initial "why" to the final "how".
