We’re hiring a HR Business Partner at Tes. This is a hands-on, generalist role focused on delivering a great employee experience and supporting our ambition to be an employer of choice.
You’ll take real ownership for your stakeholder group in Technology, building and driving a people plan, influencing at different levels, challenging where needed, and making sure progress is delivered.
You’ll be working across the full employee lifecycle, including organisational change, employee relations, engagement, performance and reward, helping embed a consistent, high-performance culture.
There’s also formal line management responsibility for a HR Assistant, supporting and developing them as part of a collaborative People team.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Strong with stakeholders and able to build trust quickly
- Comfortable coaching, challenging and supporting in equal measure
- Pragmatic, able to balance commercial needs, legal frameworks and the “grey areas” that come with real partnering
