About the RoleWe\âre looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Secondary Sales to lead new customer acquisition and expand Tes\â presence in the UK secondary school sector. You\âll manage a team of Business Development Professionals, driving sales strategies and crossâselling Tes products to existing accounts, including small Groups.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a highâperforming sales team to exceed targets
Design and execute strategic plans for new customer acquisition
Drive crossâselling opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to accelerate growth
Monitor market trends and refine sales strategies
Ensure exceptional customer experience and advocate for secondary schools
