We’re now looking for a Head of Curriculum, Pedagogy and Assessment to lead the strategic development of our learning frameworks across teacher training, CPD, and classroom content. This role is all about impact at scale — blending pedagogy with innovation, content strategy with global collaboration. You’ll work with Subject Matter Experts, lead on evidence-based design, and ensure everything we create is inclusive, engaging, and high quality.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Tes' pedagogical, curriculum and assessment strategy
  • Design scalable, research-informed learning content
  • Align with UK (DfE, Ofsted) and global frameworks (IB, AUS)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs and product teams
  • Represent Tes externally and shape the future of teaching
  • Manage a talented team of phase and subject leads

What we’re looking for:

  • QTS or equivalent + strong curriculum leadership experience
  • Proven background in CPD, ITE, or teacher development
  • Expertise in instructional design and digital learning
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with commercial awareness
