Sheffield City Centre (3 days a week, 2 days from home). Tes is one of the world’s largest EdTech companies, providing software solutions that make life easier for schools and teachers. We’re on a mission to power schools and enable great teaching worldwide and we’re looking for ambitious sales talent to help us grow.
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving SaaS revenue growth across a defined base of Tes customers and prospects. You’ll own your sales pipeline, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and close deals that make a real difference in education. This is a fast-paced role where success comes from a balance of high-energy outbound activity, inbound lead conversion, and smart relationship-building. You’ll join a collaborative sales team and report into our Head of Software Sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to build and progress your pipeline.
- Demonstrating Tes’s software products and closing new business.
- Delivering accurate forecasts and keeping our CRM sharp and up to date.
- Staying on top of market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers to unlock new opportunities.

- Experience in outbound sales, with a strong track record of hitting (and beating) targets.
