TES Technical Engineering Support (TES) is an engineering company created over 30 years ago, specializing in the coordination of tests and industrial commissioning. TES also supports its customers in participating in studies and coordinating the assembly of industrial equipment. We have a position to fill for the nuclear project Hinkley-Point, UK.
Responsibilities
- Completion-oriented Site Wide Records Discipline Lead interfacing with MEH (Mechanical Electricity HVAC) area LTQR coordinators & technicians, MDT, and relevant stakeholders to capture & process discipline specific LTQR deliverables on time and in line with project deadlines, ensuring completion and delivery of associated scope LTQR deliverables to support End of Erection Status Reports.
Accountabilities
- Single POC for discipline specific records
- Technical expert liaison with MEH site and assurance leads
- Interface with MEH completions team re CTP/EESR
Key Deliverables
- Ensuring discipline specific records (site wide) are captured in a timely manner, perform technical review & address issues to support area LTQR coordinators processing area discipline LTQR deliverables
- Responsible for area discipline LODs management, tracking asset installation and record verification and completion
- To be familiar with the scope of work, the contract specifications and appropriate nuclear standards, the drawings and the procedures
- AS9 IWOC verification and track task completion upon A-Acceptance of LTQR deliverables in Teamcenter
- LTQRs are one of the principal forms of objective evidence for quality assurance and conformance inspection and testing
Qualifications
- NVQ or SVQ Level 3 (Gold JIB) Electrical Grade Card 2 or ONC/HNC/HND/C&G/Recognised Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience beneficial
- Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management system (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas
- Experience working in a quality assurance/control environment within the nuclear industry or other safety‑critical industry
- Proven experience of interaction and resolving issues with a wide range of stakeholders in a multi‑cultural environment
- Major Project Experience
- Nuclear Experience beneficial
- Working in Alliance agreement projects
