Role overview

We’ll be upfront: We are in the middle of an organisational transformation. It’s a bit chaotic, and we have a gap in holistic, strategic business design. We need a Senior who doesn't just design screens but designs systems of logic. It’s a big opportunity to take the next step in your design journey and support Design leadership at a strategic level. This is a practitioner first role. While you bring the strategic oversight, you are a master of tools and lead by doing, working alongside and supporting a Global UX Team of 15 seasoned Designers and Researchers.

Speaking of that Global UX Team, we love in person workshops, have regular creative design sessions in our offices, and like to keep things as fun as possible. We do everything with a smile; if you don't have fun creating it, users won't have fun using it! We back each other up and work as one big team no matter how separate our work can feel.

The Mission

Your goal is to bridge the gap between business goals and user needs. You will be hands-on across the entire design lifecycle - from the initial “why” to the final “how.”
