We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and qualified Teacher of Guitar to join our thriving Music department. The successful candidate will enable learners to acquire knowledge through one to one lessons, making progress according to their ability, increasing their understanding of performance, and developing their communication skills.
Cothill is a thriving, family-run preparatory day and boarding school surrounded by extensive grounds in the heart of rural Oxfordshire yet just seven miles from Oxford. Coupling a fine tradition with innovation, Cothill provides a happy, secure and stimulating environment, Our pupils quickly learn how to live alongside each other, form firm friendships, and develop their talents and social skills for life. Our ISI inspection saw us rated as \’Excellent\’ for both the academic and personal development of the pupils. From September 2025 Cothill will transition to a co-educational school.
Whilst we have had much success winning academic, sport, music and art scholarships, we never lose sight of the fact that we are preparing pupils, not just for examinations, but for life. Our main role is to be guardians of childhood!
