Overview
Job Title: Student Receptionist & Administrative Assistant at TES FE News (Leeds City Academy).
Grade B1 (Actual Salary £22,218 to £22,927); Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only plus 10 days. Accountable to: Assistant Principal – Behaviour and Attitudes.
This is an extremely exciting time to be joining Leeds City Academy, part of White Rose Academies Trust, a multi‑academy trust committed to raising standards and delivering excellence for its students. The academy is a 11‑16 school with a diverse student population and a focus on partnership with families and the community.
Role
You will contribute to the Academy Development Plan objective, ‘Raising standards of achievement’, by effectively and professionally providing a range of administrative duties. This will include being the front face of student reception and working within the wider pastoral team to support students with their administrative needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-facing reception cover and act as the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors.
- Support the pastoral team with administrative duties to help meet the Academy Development Plan objectives.
