Contract: 36 hours per week, 41 weeks per annum
Primary Location: Southgate or Wood Street, but may be required to travel to any one of our main campuses.
Successful applicants will provide an essential front line service for students from Admissions to the Learning Resource Centres (LRC’s). The ability to build a rapport with all students alongside a capacity to use a range of digital systems to either aid a successful enrolment or locate necessary resources in the LRC for a student is essential. Previous experience of aspects of this service is essential. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a student centred approach, aiming to remove barriers to ensure a comprehensive positive student experience.
Minimum qual – i.e. relevant L2 qualification or equivalent is essential together with strong IT skills and GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent). Working knowledge of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements surrounding student information held by the College is a must, as well as providing a service through a one stop shop. Understanding of the admissions process and work within the LRC is essential.
