Overview
At Outcomes First Group, we believe in better work/life balance — and we’re putting wellbeing first. We’re adopting a 4-Day Working Week (4DWW) trial, where you can work one day less per week (or equivalent hours) while still receiving full-time pay. You will be proactive, resilient, and committed to striving for excellence, putting students first. Our approach is relational and therapeutic, with an emphasis on learning maths practically using manipulatives and building students’ confidence in Maths. There is a pathway to roles such as Subject Lead for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Support SEN students with a focus on Maths, using therapeutic and relational approaches.
- Contribute to the delivery of a bespoke Mathematics curriculum within the Acorn Education/Outcomes First Group framework.
- Collaborate with Class Teams, Pastoral Team, and Therapists to support pupils’ overall development.
- Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments in line with safeguarding requirements.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in a relevant subject
- UK QTS or equivalent
