Overview

Redhill Academy Trust Teachers’ Main / Upper Pay Scale (R1 – R9) plus TLR2B of £5,868 per annum. Full Time. Permanent. Required As Soon As Possible.

We are looking for an excellent teacher to join our Science faculty in the capacity of Second in Science. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of raising achievement in Science and will work alongside other post holders in the faculty to develop and implement an aspirational curriculum and raise student achievement. This post is suitable for a new or already experienced middle leader or an aspirant Head of Faculty.

Responsibilities

The Second in Science will: – contribute to the development and implementation of an aspirational science curriculum – work with other faculty post holders to raise student achievement in Science – support ongoing improvements in teaching and learning across the department

Qualifications / Experience

• Proven track record of raising achievement in Science • Suitable for a new or experienced middle leader or an aspirant Head of Faculty
