Job Description

Position: Part-time Piano Teacher (Self-Employed)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Piano Teacher to join our Music Department on a permanent part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of teaching experience and hold a minimum qualification of Certificate in music or related field. As a self-employed teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality piano lessons to students across the whole school without following any specific curricula.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality piano lessons to students across the school
  • Accompany events as needed (e.g., House Music, yearly productions)
  • Manage approximately 7 x 30-minute lessons per week (term time initially)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification of Certificate in music or related field
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience
  • Proficiency in playing the piano
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students
