Job Overview
Runshaw College is one of the most successful colleges in the country, renowned locally and nationally for our outstanding results, a friendly and supportive culture, and a focus on putting the student at the heart of all we do.
We value our staff and students highly, and invest heavily in their development, support and wellbeing. Situated in Leyland, Lancashire, the College is near the M6, M61 and M65 and within commuting distance of Manchester, Liverpool and the Lake District.
Exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced coaches to join our outstanding School of Sport & Tourism, working in our successful Sports Academy. The successful applicants will be responsible for planning, preparing and coaching in their relevant sport or activity. With a record of successful coaching, you should be qualified to Level 3 or above in your sport or activity, and also be in possession of first aid and safeguarding qualifications. There may also be the potential for further enrichment-related work at the college.
Academy Sessions Are Currently Timetabled At The Following Times
- Monday (coaching) 1010-1120
- Tuesday 1430 β 1540
- Wednesday 1320 β 1540 (need to be available from 1200 β fixtures or coaching)
- Friday 1120 β 1230 (coaching)
Closing date is 12 noon, Friday 3rd October 2025.
