Painter & Decorator (EL821)
Salary: £25,205 – £28,282 (per annum)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37 per week
Location: All campuses
We are seeking a Painter & Decorator to join our team across all three campuses in Crewe, Chester and Ellesmere Port. This is an excellent opportunity to work across our College portfolio to maintain and enhance the learning environment across our three Campuses in Cheshire.
Responsibilities
- To carry out a range of painting, decorating, and finishing tasks to maintain and improve the appearance, safety, and usability of the College.
- The role will support the Estates team in ensuring the learning and working environment is well presented, safe, and fit for purpose for learners, staff, and visitors.
- Undertake all aspects of internal and external painting and decorating, including preparation, application, and finishing of surfaces.
Qualifications
- GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Full and valid UK driving licence
- Level 3 trade qualification in Painting & Decorating
- First aid qualification (or be willing to undertake)
