Marketing and Communications Manager

Newland House School is a successful, vibrant co-educational Prep School and Nursery for children aged 3 to 13 years, based in Twickenham in South-West London.
We are looking for a creative and self-motivated Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the way in telling our story and ensuring it reaches the right audiences in the right way.
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and experienced marketing professional to showcase the life and values of the school to current and prospective parents. Working closely with the Head, Bursar and Admissions Manager, you will:
- Manage a range of communications channels, including the school’s website, social media, newsletters, and digital and print advertising.
- Create high-quality, compelling visual and written content (knowledge of Adobe Suite and Canva required), ensuring brand consistency across all touch points.
- Promote key events such as Open Days, Stay and Plays, Drama productions and external speakers.
- Work closely with the Admissions Manager to support pupil recruitment through targeted marketing campaigns
- Contribute to the overall admissions and marketing plan, helping to review ROI and making recommendations for improvements
