Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting student success? Join our dedicated Professional Services team as an Exams and Admissions Administrator
In this dynamic role, you’ll play a vital part in the smooth running of our examinations and assessments process, working closely with our Exams Officer to ensure full compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations. Under the direction of the Admin Manager, you’ll also take the lead on our admissions process providing an exceptional experience for prospective students from first enquiry through to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal and external exams administration, including entry processing, timetabling, liaising with awarding bodies, and dispatching scripts.
- Assist in coordinating access arrangements and special considerations.
- Help plan and deliver internal assessments such as mocks.
- Lead on all stages of the admissions process, offering professional and friendly support to applicants and their families.
- Maintain accurate data and student records, supporting broader MIS functions.
