Estates and Facilities Supervisor (EL107)
Salary: £30,881 – 34,745 (per annum)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Crewe
We are seeking an Estates and Facilities Supervisor to join the team at our busy and vibrant Crewe campus. This is an excellent opportunity to support the provision of a quality support service for learners, visitors, customers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fully the College’s values, aims, and objectives;
- Supervise the College’s building services staff on a day-to-day basis;
- Supervise external contractors to ensure value for money and high-quality work;
- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance systems and remedial works within budget;
- Promote the welfare of children and young people.
Key Person Specification Requirements
- Level 2 qualification in a building trade or equivalent;
- GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths;
- Relevant experience supervising maintenance work;
- Relevant experience in a property/built environment discipline;
- Good organisational skills;
- Appropriate digital literacy;
- Enhanced DBS check.
