Overview
Golborne High School seeks an enthusiastic, suitably experienced and qualified person to join our school administration team. This role involves assisting with co-ordinating, tracking and analysis of progress and assessment data to ensure all stakeholders receive accurate and timely information. Additionally the successful candidate will support with the management of the curriculum, including setting and timetabling. We are in a position to appoint to this role as soon as possible, but the starting date will be negotiable for the right candidate.
Golborne is a flourishing 11-16 secondary school that is proud to provide an exceptional education for the children of Golborne and Lowton. We are one of a very small number of comprehensive secondary schools in the North West to be awarded an Ofsted judgement of Outstanding (January 2023). We offer excellent GCSE results, a well-rounded curriculum and opportunities for personal development beyond the classroom, along with strong pastoral care and a supportive CPD package for teaching and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating, tracking and analysing progress and assessment data to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
- Support management of the curriculum, including setting and timetabling.
Qualifications and skills
- Good standard of education, including English and Maths (minimum GCSE grade C/4 or relevant NVQ Level 2).
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits and working arrangements
- 37 hours per week β Term Time plus 2 weeks; flexible/part-time working will be considered and discussed at interview.
- Start Date: Flexible.
- Grade 5 Β£26,824 β Β£29,540 pro rata. Actual Β£23,559 β Β£25,945.
