The Thomas Lord Audley School is looking to recruit a Careers Advisor. The successful candidate will provide careers guidance for our young people and will help to ensure the school meets the statutory requirements for careers. As part of the role you will also oversee our reprographics department.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Manage the provision of careers and labour market information
  • Liaise with tutorial managers, mentors and SENCO to identify students needing guidance
  • Plan a systematic and structured careers offer to ensure that no child is left behind
  • Provide impartial information, advice and guidance to individuals and to groups of students in relation to all aspects of their progression planning
  • Photocopy and administrate other reprographics work to assist the teaching and administration colleagues as required

We’re Looking For You If You Have:

  • Level 6 Careers qualification or are willing to work towards one
  • Experience working in schools
  • Knowledge, or a desire to gain knowledge, in careers
