Process Engineer

The successful candidate will beresponsible for the development, support, and validation of equipment and processes on the manufacturing of sterile solutions products. This position will support existing and new processes in manufacturing and external suppliers
General Duties
- Development of new technologies, controls and systems from initiation to implementation.
- Lead or participate in projects, working closely with Production, Maintenance and Quality departments.
- Input into equipment design and manufacturing process layout.
- Interfacing with equipment vendors to ensure successful plant delivery and installation
- Validation of processes and equipment including preparation and execution of validation protocols and generation of reports
- Analysis of process data including use of statistical process control techniques
- Generation of manufacturing documentation
- Providing training for engineers, technicians and production personnel on operation and troubleshooting of equipment
- Interfacing with Site Leadership and Customers to ensure product and project timeline expectations are met.
- Supporting product, platform and cost improvement programs
- Any other duties that may be reasonably requested by your Manager.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering related discipline or equivalent of education and experience enough to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
Experience
- Demonstrated in-depth experience within a production or manufacturing environment, with a strong track record of effective contribution and performance in this setting
Skills
- Demonstrated skills in technical innovation, technical leadership.
- Strong capability in Process automation technologies
- Excellent communication skills, technical problem-solving, PC skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Project-management skills
