Overview
Terumo Aortic are currently looking to for a Project Manager to join our team on an FTC for 12months, we’re seeking a motivated individual to join our TMO department, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving forward projects that deliver real impact.
As Project Manager, you’ll lead on project and resource management activities across multiple business functions — from R&D and Sales & Marketing to Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations. Your goal? To ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You’ll be at the centre of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, risks are managed, and processes run smoothly.
The main responsibilities of the role are;
- Leading and overseeing multiple projects from initiation through to delivery
- Implementing standardised project governance and reporting across the portfolio
- Tracking progress, managing risks, and driving corrective actions where needed
- Supporting the organisation with project and resource management tools and templates
- Monitoring resource demand and ensuring effective allocation across projects
- Facilitating clear communication between stakeholders at all levels, including executive management
- Ensuring compliance with company quality systems and regulatory requirements
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess;
- Degree educated (formal project management training preferred)
- Proven experience managing projects, ideally within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and drive results
