We are seeking a highly skilled OEM Technical Team Leader to join our growing team at Terumo Aortic. This key leadership role is responsible for guiding and developing the internal OEM business team, ensuring that our OEM customers receive exceptional technical support across the full product lifecycle. You will play a central role in supporting product quality, supply, and development activities while driving operational excellence and growth within the OEM business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, coaching and day-to-day leadership to the OEM Technical Team.
- Act as the primary liaison for OEM customer interactions, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet commitments on quality, delivery, cost and product development.
- Ensure all OEM products and projects comply with Terumo Aortic's internal SOPs and quality framework requirements.
- Develop, review and report monthly OEM KPIs, providing updates to the OEM Manager on each key.
