About the Role
As an Electrical Engineer, you will:
- Ensure the provision of a compliant electrical distribution and management system across the site.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance performance and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and maintain electrical maintenance standards for all equipment (including PAT, ACB, FWT).
- Develop and manage electrical competency standards, including training and assessment for HV and LV operations.
- Lead projects to upgrade and remediate site electrical infrastructure.
- Manage the site drawing register and ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide technical leadership for facilities and equipment engineering technicians.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high service levels.
What We’re Looking For
- High Voltage Approved Person qualification (preferred).
- 17th Edition certification.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or completion of a full electrical apprenticeship with significant post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Familiarity with computerised maintenance management systems.
