About the Role

As an Electrical Engineer, you will:

  • Ensure the provision of a compliant electrical distribution and management system across the site.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in maintenance performance and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and maintain electrical maintenance standards for all equipment (including PAT, ACB, FWT).
  • Develop and manage electrical competency standards, including training and assessment for HV and LV operations.
  • Lead projects to upgrade and remediate site electrical infrastructure.
  • Manage the site drawing register and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership for facilities and equipment engineering technicians.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high service levels.

What We’re Looking For

  • High Voltage Approved Person qualification (preferred).
  • 17th Edition certification.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or completion of a full electrical apprenticeship with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with computerised maintenance management systems.
