We are recruiting a Document Control Associate to support the Quality Assurance – Engineering function by maintaining and administering controlled documentation and quality records within our Quality Management System (QMS). This role plays a key part in ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance and ongoing audit readiness in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the document control process
- Control and manage quality records in line with QMS requirements
- Prepare quality system documentation for issue and approval
- Issue controlled documentation and manage distribution
- Control document changes and version updates
- Co‑ordinate and monitor document review activities
- Maintain archived documentation and records
- Complete and manage document control support tickets
- Carry out additional ad‑hoc duties as required
Quality & Compliance Responsibilities
- Work within the requirements of the Company Handbook and policy statements
- Maintain awareness of how day‑to‑day activities contribute to quality objectives
- Operate within the QMS at all times, ensuring accurate and complete records
- Escalate any issues affecting quality to the immediate supervisor
- Support audit readiness by ensuring facilities, processes and documentation remain compliant at all times
Health, Safety & Environment
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others
- Work co‑operatively with colleagues to highlight issues affecting Environmental Health & Safety

- Literate and numerate
