We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Auditor to join our EH&S team. This role is pivotal in supporting the EH&S Manager and wider department to uphold and enhance our EH&S policies and management systems, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate EH&S internal audits, actions, and recommendations.
- Evaluate company policies and operations for compliance with ISO 45001/14001 and other standards.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and improvement suggestions.
- Collaborate with departments to gather documentation and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain EH&S opportunity and risk registers and compliance trackers.
- Support development of internal training standards and question banks.
- Assist in emergency evacuation coordination and root cause analysis.
- Stay current with EH&S regulations and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance, ideally in industrial/manufacturing.
- Knowledge of EH&S legislation and ISO 45001/14001 standards.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- IT proficiency (MS Office & Outlook).
- First Aid Certificate (desirable).
- A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and investigative mindset.
