Come and join Marlowe Environmental Services, one of the largest health and safety training companies in the UK, as a Health, Safety and Compliance Trainer, on a permanent basis, covering the Hemel Hempstead area. This role is paying up to £45,000 for the right person.

The perfect candidate will boast a solid background in asbestos compliance as you will be delivering various asbestos compliance training within our expanding training business.

Requirements

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of the product portfolio for your curriculum area, ensuring it is effective, meets requirements, and adheres to internal standards.
  • Provide support as a technical lead in your product area.
  • Deliver training sessions both in-person and online.
  • Meet or exceed standards for internal quality assurance and training delivery.
  • Specialise in a specific industry and stay informed about its activities and needs by attending meetings, conferences, and seminars regularly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new educational and training techniques and methods.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience of training in the asbestos industry.
  • Willingness to be trained in and deliver other courses.
  • NEBOSH would be preferred but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
