Join The Tersus Team as an Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Middlesbrough and local areas
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, location and contract type, with a 40-hour workweek and overtime opportunities. Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, tablet, and tools provided.
Referral Bonus: Earn £2000 for each asbestos surveyor that you refer!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As our Asbestos Site Analyst, you\’ll be at the forefront of ensuring safety and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting 4 stage clearances, test reporting, and submitting comprehensive reports for various tests including background, leak, reassurance, clearance, personal, and smoke testing
- Creating detailed reports that adhere to industry standards and regulations
- Ensuring all equipment is correctly calibrated and tools are correctly maintained to specified level in HSG 264
- Recording data accurately
- Conducting thorough site walkthroughs and survey plans to ensure meticulous attention to detail
- Check all locations are photographed and photographs are stored
What We\’re Looking For:
- P403 and P404 essential
- Full UK driving licence
- IOSH Working Safely Qualification desirable
- Risk assessment in training desirable
