We’re looking for a strong senior operator to support the General Manager and help lead the next phase of the business.

This hands‑on leadership role is for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and understands the balance between service, structure and standards.

The role will involve

  • Supporting the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business.
  • Leading front‑of‑house service and hosting busy breakfast/lunch shifts.
  • Managing bookings, walk‑ins and table flow.
  • Maintaining high service standards and customer experience.
  • Training and motivating junior team members.
  • Supporting coffee service and bar operations.
  • Assisting with stock control, opening/closing and cashing up.
  • Helping drive revenue through service, upselling and operational efficiency.
  • Taking full ownership of the floor when required.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years in a senior hospitality role.
  • Strong floor management and hosting experience.
  • Confident with coffee service and bar operations.
  • Cocktail experience preferred.
  • Strong people‑management and leadership skills.
  • Calm under pressure and solutions‑focused.
  • High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
  • Commercially aware and customer‑focused.
  • Passion for independent hospitality.
