Are you a Test Technician with strong electro-mechanical testing skills and a passion for precision? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturing business where you'll be responsible for testing and validating complex systems that support industries like aerospace, defence, and power technologies.

As a Test Technician , you’ll support the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electro-mechanical components and assemblies. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring performance, reliability, and quality, while working closely with engineering and production teams.

Key responsibilities of the Test Technician include:

  • Perform functional, environmental, and performance testing on assemblies and systems
  • Set up and operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
  • Document test results and support root cause analysis of failed units
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, CMMs, and SOPs
  • Maintain, calibrate, and ensure the safety of test equipment
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on prototype validation
  • Take part in continuous improvement and 5S activities across the test process

About You:
The ideal Test Technician will have an HNC/HND in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar test environment. You’ll be confident using diagnostic equipment, working methodically under pressure, and communicating effectively across teams.
This is a hands-on, varied role with opportunities to grow your skill set in a collaborative and technically advanced environment.
