Your Role As A Quality Engineer: As a Quality Engineer, you will support the transfer of our technology to licensees, resolve quality issues, and drive project goals alongside the Programme Manager and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer:

  • Lead 8D investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) using APQP principles.
  • Assist licensees with supplier technical issues.
  • Ensure efficient technology and process transfer to manufacturing teams.
  • Report on process stability and analyse non-conformances.
  • Support quality KPIs and business-wide reporting.

Skills & Experience Of The Quality Engineer:

  • Proven expertise in quality engineering with a track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of 8D processes and quality tools (e.g., Ishikawa, Red X).
  • Experience in Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) and fast-paced manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings, SPC, Gauge R&R, and statistical tools like Minitab.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949 quality systems.
  • Degree or HNC in engineering/manufacturing preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to East Asia for up to 1-2 months.
