TPA Recruit is supporting an established international technology manufacturer in the recruitment of a Product Executive to help drive the go-to-market success of a connected SaaS platform. This is a commercially focused and technically literate role within Marketing, working closely with Product Management, Sales and Account Management. The Product Executive will own launch activity, product communications and positioning, translating software capability into clear customer value. The role suits someone who can understand the detail of a software release, communicate confidently with technical and commercial stakeholders, and deliver coordinated campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support go-to-market plans for software releases and feature launches, from initial planning through to post-launch review.
  • Coordinate launch activity across Product, Sales, Account Management and external partners, maintaining a clear and agreed timeline.
  • Produce release notes, feature announcements, customer collateral, internal enablement material and platform updates for technical and commercial audiences.
  • Define and maintain product positioning, value propositions and messaging frameworks.
  • Plan and deliver launch campaigns across website, email, social media and PR.
  • Create and maintain product pages, landing pages and SEO content to support demand generation.
  • Produce sales enablement assets including knowledge hubs, demo scripts, FAQs, one-pagers and pitch decks.
  • Develop case studies, customer stories and testimonials that demonstrate measurable product value.
  • Organise webinars, product demonstrations, exhibitions and events, including occasional overseas events.
  • Use analytics and product adoption data to measure launch performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain product messaging and collateral in line with brand guidelines and keep internal teams informed.

Experience Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, product management or a commercially focused product role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience planning and delivering product launches or go-to-market activity.
  • Strong technical literacy, with the ability to understand how a software platform works and explain it accurately to non-technical audiences.
  • Commercial awareness of subscription models, pricing tiers, customer lifecycle and how product decisions influence revenue.
  • Confident working cross-functionally with Product, Sales and senior stakeholders, including driving activity without direct authority.
  • Clear written communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within transport technology, connected hardware, B2B software or another technical market.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot.
  • Experience analysing product adoption, campaign or customer data.

Benefits

  • £32,000 - £40,000 salary, depending on experience.
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing with length of service to a maximum of 30 days, plus bank holidays.
  • Private medical insurance.
  • 6% employer pension contribution.
  • Discretionary company performance bonus.
  • Enhanced family leave.
  • Employee Assistance Programme, company events and long-service recognition.
