TPA Recruit is supporting an advanced clean-room manufacturing business in the search for a Quality Engineer. This is a strong opportunity for a practical quality professional who wants to work close to manufacturing, process improvement and data-led problem solving within a regulated production environment.
The Quality Engineer will support a modern sterile manufacturing environment, working with production, engineering and quality colleagues to improve processes, collect and analyse data, resolve repeat issues and strengthen quality control across the product lifecycle.
This Quality Engineer role would suit someone from clean-room, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, precision manufacturing or another tightly controlled production environment. Direct clean-room experience is preferred, although candidates who are fully comfortable wearing clean-room garments and working in a sterile environment will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Support manufacturing quality processes within a clean-room or controlled production environment.
- Collect, interpret and use quality data to identify trends, root causes and improvement actions.
- Support process design, process validation, control plans and quality planning activities.
