Key Responsibilities
- Own sales performance, revenue growth and market share across EMEA.
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy, tactics, revenue targets and forecasts.
- Lead, motivate, manage and develop the EMEA sales team.
- Build and deepen relationships with current strategic accounts and target new OEM accounts.
- Define regional customers, competitors, markets and account priorities.
- Partner with Business Development, Marketing, technical SMEs and global regional sales leaders.
- Progress new business opportunities and maximise value in complex customer interactions.
- Influence senior decision makers and manage long, technical buying cycles.
- Report on account plans, regional performance and opportunities under management.
- Contribute to global sales process improvement and growth strategy discussions.
Experience Required
- Minimum 7 years' OEM sales experience involving highly engineered electronic equipment or technical systems.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing a sales team.
- Background in power electronics or a relevant application area such as medical, semiconductor, scientific analytics, X-ray, industrial systems or advanced instrumentation.
- Strong experience selling to sophisticated technical and executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to balance strategic regional leadership with hands-on account activity.
- Confident operating in a global matrix organisation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills.
- CRM experience, with Microsoft Dynamics training available if required.
- Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field; Engineering or Physics preferred. Master's degree preferred.
