Support German customers with complex hardware, software and networking issues. Lead system integration, installations, retrofits and technical training. This UK-based role will provide technical support to the company’s German subsidiary, customers and integration partners. It combines customer-facing technical support, hardware and software troubleshooting, system integration, project delivery, installation, training and regular travel to Germany.
The successful German-Speaking Technical Engineer will work closely with technical, sales, development and production teams in the UK and Germany. You will manage several projects at once, resolve technical issues, support vehicle-based systems and help customers implement reliable solutions.
