TPA Recruit is supporting a global high voltage electronics manufacturer in the search for a Regional Sales Director, EMEA. This is a senior commercial leadership role covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Regional sales strategy, revenue growth, market share, major customer relationships, new business development and leadership of the regional sales team.
- Managing activity across highly engineered OEM markets, working with sophisticated technical customers in sectors such as medical devices, semiconductor equipment, scientific instrumentation, analytical systems and industrial technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own sales performance, revenue growth and market share across EMEA.
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy, tactics, revenue targets and forecast.
- Lead, motivate, manage and develop the EMEA sales team.
- Build and deepen relationships with current strategic accounts and target new OEM accounts.
- Define regional customers, competitors, markets and account priorities.
- Partner with Business Development, Marketing, technical SMEs and global regional sales leader.
- Report on account plans, regional performance and opportunities under management.
- Contribute to global sales process improvement and growth strategy discussion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years' OEM sales experience involving highly engineered electronic equipment or technical systems.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing a sales team.
- Background in power electronics or a relevant application area such as medical, semiconductor, scientific analytics, X-ray, industrial systems or advanced instrumentation.
- Proven ability to balance strategic regional leadership with hands-on account activity.
- CRM experience, with Microsoft Dynamics training available if required.
- Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
