Hours: Full time, permanent 39 hours per week (Mon to Fri (8.5 x 4 5 x 1)) Join a Business That's Driving Continuous Improvement We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a busy manufacturing team where you'll play a key role in improving production processes, increasing efficiency and supporting continuous improvement across the shop floor.
What You'll Be Doing Develop and improve assembly processes and Visual Factory work instructions.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 6S and continuous improvement projects.
Design jigs, fixtures, tooling, shadow boards and factory layouts.
Create and maintain SAP routings, process documentation and manufacturing data.
Lead root cause analysis using A3, VSM and FMEA techniques.
Develop KPIs, visual management boards and standard work.
Support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to improve safety, quality and productivity.
