We're looking for an experienced Quality Continuous Improvement Manager to lead quality standards and drive operational excellence within a busy manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity to influence business-wide improvements, champion Lean methodologies and ensure products and processes meet the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the Quality Management System (ISO9001) and manage internal quality audits.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and operational change projects.
- Manage quality performance across production and the supply chain.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using tools such as 8D, DMAIC and A3.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse data and provide quality updates to senior management.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain to deliver operational improvements.
