Electro-Mechanical Coil Winder
Location: Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey
About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Electro-Mechanical Coil Winder to join our manufacturing team in Sunbury-on-Thames.
You will be responsible for building, assembling, testing, inspecting and repairing electro-mechanical products and assemblies in accordance with technical drawings, manufacturing instructions and quality standards.
This is a practical manufacturing role suited to someone with strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills, excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to working.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and assemble electro-mechanical components and assemblies from technical drawings and manufacturing instructions.
- Carry out assembly work on fans, motors, heaters and other electro-mechanical products .
- Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet required quality and performance standards.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs or upgrades to electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Use a range of hand tools and precision measuring equipment, including torque drivers, micrometers and verniers.
