Assembly Technician - Full Training given Location: Pulborough Salary: £27,990 You'll be responsible for assembling electro mechanical products through encapsulation processes. Main Objective Responsible for the assembly of electro mechanical products including the encapsulation process. Carry out all aspects of mechanical assembly work as part of the Encapsulation process including pouring, sealing, priming and conformal coating of assemblies. Carrying out routine checks, maintenance and cleaning of encapsulation machines, compressor, vacuum pump, maintenance and filter change of spray booth equipment all in accordance with procedures. Planning, progressing and co-ordinating workload in accordance with production schedule and other internal customers, such as repair and design departments. Raising production paperwork including non-compliance/rework records and stores requisitions in accordance with company processes. Ensuring all quality procedures for build and workmanship standards and ESD requirements are implemented. Maintaining and improving housekeeping and cleanliness of work area.
