Quality Engineer Department: Quality Engineering Reports to: Quality Manager Job Purpose The Quality Engineer\’s purpose is to ensure the quality and safety of products and processes through the application of Quality Systems and activities to meet business objectives. Specific Duties and Key Accountabilities Lead quality investigations associated with customer and internal build quality issues. Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions using the 8D process. Provide quality engineering support to all production cells. Lead MRB activities in production and Goods Inwards. Assist in the day-to-day running of the customer RMA process. Prepare PPAP and FAIR reports.
