Cell Manufacturing Engineer Purpose of the Job: Cell Manufacturing Engineer focused on supporting and developing the current cell manufacturing processes and equipment. Will also support the development, installation and commission of new processes and equipment internally and at customer sites. Assist in specifying plant layout, materials flow and materials storage for existing production lines and any new manufacturing sites. ?The successful candidate will be an experienced manufacturing engineer, very comfortable in using the modern manufacturing toolbox, such as the methodologies of 6s and Lean. They should also be a strong problem solver, able to experiment effectively, analyse and draw conclusions from data and put observations into context. Ideally a good knowledge of the techniques used in solar, PCB, semi-con and flat panel manufacture. Key Accountabilities: The successful candidate will be an experienced manufacturing/process engineer, very comfortable in using the modern manufacturing toolbox, such as the methodologies of 6s, Lean manufacturing and root cause analysis.
