A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cell Leader to join a high-performing production team. The Cell Leader will play a key role in driving day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved in terms of Quality, Delivery and Cost. This is a hands-on leadership position, suited to someone with a strong mechanical assembly background and the drive to motivate and develop a skilled team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the team on the shop floor, maintaining workflow and motivating staff to meet daily targets. Ensure adherence to standard work practices, one-piece flow, and other lean manufacturing principles. Monitor and manage team performance, including attendance, work rate, and attitude. Act as a point of contact for resolving production issues, ensuring timely communication and problem-solving.
