We design and manufacture our own lifts right here in Cheshire and fit them in homes and public buildings across the country and beyond. We don’t expect you to be in the Lift industry currently and full product training will be given. Most important is an open mindedness, willingness to provide colleagues with the highest levels of support and a genuine desire to assist a successful team in achieving an ever-increasing demand for its products. What you can expect to be doing in this role:
- Basic understanding of working on Mechanical and Electrical equipment.
- Awareness of the needs of persons with impairment.
- The ability to use power tools and PPE in a correct and safe manner.
- Driving large transit style vehicles; clean driving licence is desirable.
- A valid CSCS card is desirable.
- A methodical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner.
Core responsibilities of the role:
- To assist in the Installation of the company’s products in a safe and competent manner.
- Ensure adequate precautions are taken and maintained to safeguard the customer, jobholder, other employees, and the public from any hazards connected with their work.
- To work away from home as requested to meet the needs of the business, occasionally at short notice.
- Complete all paperwork required by the company in an accurate manner.
