Marketing Executive – Terry de Havilland, Women’s Luxury Footwear Brand
As the Terry de Havilland concession Manager, you will be the face of our brand in Fenwick Newcastle. You\’ll take ownership of the daily operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales performance, and ensure our pop‑up looks and feels exceptional at all times. This is a hands‑on role requiring both strong leadership and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day‑to‑day running of the pop‑up space within Fenwick.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, creating memorable shopping experiences that reflect our brand values.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, manage deliveries, and coordinate replenishment with HQ.
- Build strong relationships with Fenwick\’s retail team to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Accurately complete daily sales reporting and feedback to the head office.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisor role, preferably within fashion, footwear, or luxury retail.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for visual merchandising and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Passion for footwear and fashion with the ability to convey brand story and product knowledge confidently.

Permanent role, Monday to Friday. Start date 12/01/2026. Based in Fenwick, Newcastle.
