Sales Partner, NGOs & Funders (United Kingdom)

Full-Time On-site
Terriqon

About Terriqon

Terriqon is a field data platform for organisations that collect data in the field – NGOs, M&E teams and programme teams. Field teams collect data on a mobile app that works offline. Managers track projects and KPIs in real time. Terriqon's AI then turns that data into donor and programme reports in minutes instead of weeks.

Terriqon is built by EPixelSoft, a software engineering company with 12+ years of experience and 700+ projects delivered.

The role

We are looking for an independent Sales Partner in the United Kingdom to sell Terriqon to NGOs, foundations and international NGOs headquartered in the UK. This is not a lead-generation role: you own the deal. You find and qualify the opportunity, run the conversations, bring in our founder and product team for demos, and take it through to a signed customer.

The UK is home to the headquarters of many international NGOs and foundations that run or fund field programmes overseas. Their programme and M&E teams need consistent field data from teams in many countries, and faster donor and programme reporting.

We are opening markets one at a time. Applying puts you in our Sales Partner pipeline for the United Kingdom, and we will contact shortlisted candidates as we activate the market.

Type: Independent contractor, remote. You are responsible for your own taxes and local compliance.

Compensation: Commission only – uncapped commission on first-year revenue from every deal you close. No fixed salary. The commission rate is shared at interview.

What you will do

  • Build and verify a pipeline of UK-headquartered NGOs, foundations and international NGOs that run or fund field programmes and report to donors
  • Research each person before you contact them, and open with a genuine question about their work, not a sales pitch
  • Run discovery calls to understand how they collect data, how they produce reports, and who holds the budget
  • Bring our founder and product team into demos and technical conversations, and follow up until there is a clear decision
  • Handle pricing questions, objections and negotiation, and take the deal through to signature and handover for onboarding
  • Log every lead, call and deal in our CRM (Zoho). If it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen.

What we are looking for

Must have

  • 2+ years of experience selling B2B software, services or partnerships, with a track record of closing deals
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Based in the United Kingdom, with an existing professional network or a clear plan to build one
  • Self-driven and able to work independently every day without close supervision, with your own laptop and reliable internet
  • Patience and resilience: NGO buying decisions often follow grant cycles and can take time

Strong advantage

  • Experience working in or selling to NGOs, M&E/MEAL teams, donors or development programmes
  • Understanding of donor-funded programmes: grant cycles, reporting requirements and M&E frameworks
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce
  • French, Arabic, Swahili or another language used in overseas programmes

What we offer

  • Uncapped commission on first-year revenue from every deal you close
  • A ready sales kit: product brochure, data protection note and demo support from our product team
  • Access to lead research and CRM tools
  • Direct work with the founder and product team – your market feedback shapes the product
  • The chance to be Terriqon's first Sales Partner in the United Kingdom and grow as the market grows
