We are seeking a dynamic and relationshipâdriven Account / Relationship Manager - Sales to manage and grow our existing portfolio of partners and clients across the UK & Europe. This role is pivotal in deepening strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client success across TerraPay's suite of payment solutions.
How you will create impact
- Relationship Management and manage a portfolio of clients with overall accountability for lifecycle.
- Revenue generation & overall growth â Identify growth opportunities and lead commercial negotiations.
- Develop account plans to drive upsell, crossâsell, and renewal strategies.
- Customer satisfaction & retention â Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders up to CâSuite, act as primary point of contact for escalations, feedback, and strategic discussions.
- Feedback and Strategy Adjustment â Provide actionable insights and feedback to the wider business.
- Communication Facilitation â Strengthen connection between customers and backâoffice services to streamline communication and resolve issues.
- Performance Monitoring â Track account performance metrics (volumes, revenue, margins).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Compliance).
- Market Intelligence â Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the region.
- Provide feedback to influence product roadmap and goâtoâmarket strategies.
- A thorough understanding of the FX market and its influence on the remittance industry.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams â including marketing, product, and customer ops to align strategies, drive innovation, and deliver solutions.
- CRM Utilisation â Maintaining accurate and timely reporting using CRM tools to track performance, pipeline, and sales activities.
Requirements
- 15+ years experience in Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services industry, with handsâon experience in B2B enterprise sales.
- Preferred direct experience selling to Enterpriseâgrade clients such as major Money Remittance Operators, PSPs, Fintechs, traditional or challenger Banks.
- Degrees â University Degree.
- CRM Savvy: You're a CRM whiz. If it's not in your toolkit, it should be!
- Flexibility & Ownership: You're adaptable, selfâmotivated, and take full ownership of your tasks.
- Team Spirit: You thrive in a team environment and are open to change but can also handle working independently.
